Spending a significant amount of time in front of a

you sit in front of the keyboard can have a physical effect.

Posture
- Sit up straight with your feet on the floor and avoid tucking your legs under you or extending them forward.
- Your elbows should be at a 90-degree angle, and your arms should be close to your side. Raise or lower your keyboard and chair until you are in a comfortable position.
- Your wrists should be straight, and your fingers should be curled slightly over the top of the keys. Your thumbs should always be near the space bar.
- Your eyes should stay on the text you are typing. Be sure to adjust the position of what you are typing, so you are not straining your neck to look at it.
